Tatjana Jevremović Petrović graduated from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law. She obtained a master’s degree at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law with a master thesis “Cross-border Transfer of A Company’s Seat in the Law of the European Union” and a PhD degree with a thesis “Cross-border merger in the Comparative Law and EU Law”. She was a Research Assistant and Research Associate at the Institute of International Politics and Economics in Belgrade. From 2009 she is Assistant Professor and from 2015 Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. During her studies she was awarded number of scholarships, including Van Calker Scholarship for the research at the Institute of Comparative Law, Lausanne (Switzerland) and Scholarship from the Swiss Commission for scholarships for foreign students at the Faculty of Law and the Institute of Comparative Law in Lausanne, Switzerland for the 2001-2002 academic year. She is a member of the Association of Business Lawyers of Serbia and editorial board member of the journals “European legislation”, Initium editions (publication of master theses) Andrejević Endowment, as well as “Law and Economy”. Tatjana was a member of the Verification Team of the EU primary legislation of the Government of the Republic of Serbia. She is the author of many articles and several books in the area of Company Law.
