Mirjana Radovic is an Associate Professor of Business Law at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law. She is specialized in Banking and Capital Markets Law, as well as Commercial Law. After having completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law in 2002, she continued studying in the field of Business Law and received her M.A. degree (2006) at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law, and her LL.M. degree (2007) at the Humboldt University in Berlin, Faculty of Law. In 2011 she defended her PhD thesis with highest honor at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law. Mirjana serves as an arbitrator at the Permanent Court of Arbitration, attached to the Serbian Chamber of Commerce. She publishes regularly on Banking and Capital Markets Law, Commercial Law, Company Law and Law of Electronic Communications.
