Marko Jovanović is an Assistant Professor at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law, where he teaches International Trade Law, Arbitration and ADR, FDI Law and EU Private International Law. He obtained his PhD degree in 2014 at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law, with honors. Apart from his academic activities, Marko performs the duty of assistant chief legal advisor in charge of private international law and international trade law matters at the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, serves as arbitrator and occupies the position of vice-president of the Serbian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Institution. He is a member of several professional business law associations both in Serbia and abroad (Business Lawyers Association of Serbia, Serbian Arbitration Association, ICC Young Arbitrators Forum, LCIA Young International Arbitration Group, CEPANI40).
