The master course „Free Trade Agreements and European Integration of SEE countries (FTA-SEE)“ is introduced within the existing master program – Master in European Integration.
The course may be attended by both master students and legal practitioners.
Students wishing to enroll the Master in European Integration should visit its website for further information about the enrollment. Once enrolled in this master program, students should opt for the course „FTA-SEE“.
Legal practitioners (civil servants, judicial assistants/associates), not enrolled in the Master in European Integration, but wishing to take the course should send their CV to the Jean Monnet Module Leader Prof. Dušan V. Popović (dusan.popovic@ius.bg.ac.rs) by the 1st of February of each academic year, at the latest. The applications will be accepted according to the available space.
Although the second category of the course participants (legal practitioners) will not be formally enrolled in the master program, the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade will deliver certificates, thus validating their work.
The lectures will take place at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law in April and May of academic year 2017/2018, 2018/2019 and 2019/2020. The course consists of 40 hours of lectures.
Both categories of participants will be required to take the final written exam at the end of the course. The exam will cover the topics of all six lectures and will consist of questions and hypothetical cases.
